Horizons is a career exploration experience for young people, career changers, and the families, educators and organizations who support them. It brings together three lenses that are usually scattered across many places:

  • What matters to you. Career Values and the Interest Profiler help people name what they want from work before looking at job titles
  • The impact you want to make. Impact Potential connects careers to over 100 areas of impact and the durable skills behind them
  • Today's landscape and outcomes. Sourced data on pay, education returns, skilled trades, AI-ready skills and cost of living shows where a path can lead

Built with trusted data from O*NET, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Census Bureau, and the U.S. Department of Education (IPEDS), amongst others.
